Acne It's A Nightmare

It all started when I was in puberty. I was alive, Happy-Go Lucky Boy, one day, I saw a little "button on the innocent nose. I thought it was just another random button will disappear in a day or two. Buttons disappear within two days. But , in the rear.

He returned with his brother, sister, mother, brothers, and a number of other issues. Within days, my face was covered with stains. At first I tried washing with soap and water three times a day. Consequently, itching, and my red face.

I looked online and read a lot of acne. I've heard that eating spicy, fatty foods, garbage, acne problem even worse. I also read that it is very important to wash thoroughly with water to drink these things. I stopped eating and drinking mostly water, fruit juices and other liquids. This went on for several weeks. There was no improvement in the face.

My mother asked me to seek professional help, I believe, force. I was busy with my buttons all the time and attention is research. My assessment of the fall, and my parents were called. At that time, people started laughing at me and call me all kinds of names. It only got worse. It was bad enough to do with acne, and then beyond, people are boring.

On a good day, Melissa, my girlfriend broke up with me. He said he was so bad, and they are no longer visible to me, because it was embarrassing for them. That was the straw that breaks the camel. I stopped going to school. I was so embarrassed I could not stop. I went to my guitar, my football sessions. I could not get in supermarkets. I was so depressed that I avoid meeting people. Used to lock my room and listen to music on my iPod all day.

Then my mother to take matters into their own hands, I decided to take. They took me to a dermatologist. I had to apply the ointment every night. Dermatologist put on a diet plan for me. They are rich in fruits, vegetables and some food additives. I was asked to follow this very strictly.

My mother has military control over me, and I was careful to follow the advice of a doctor. A week later, I began to notice an improvement. My skin itched less. I felt less dry. Finally, after three months of dieting, acne has almost reduced. I saw how I looked before. Gradually I began to regain confidence. It took a while before everything returns to normal.

Ten years have passed since I was a pimple on the face. And I would too. For those who suffer from acne, you are not alone. It can affect acne. Do not let your story life.i hope to control is used as a source of inspiration for you to live a normal life.
